We review all security reports within 24 hours of submission.

Within 72 hours, we may follow up with clarifying questions to better understand the issue and accurately assess the potential risks to our clients, employees, or partners. This helps us take the most effective actions to mitigate any threats.

To streamline the process and ensure a swift resolution, we appreciate your efforts in providing as much relevant detail as possible when submitting your report. Thank you for partnering with us in maintaining a secure environment.

Tracking and disclosing security issues

At Playground Tech, we collaborate with security researchers to ensure our products remain secure. If you submit a report, here’s what you can expect:

  1. We’ll acknowledge your report.
  2. We’ll triage the report to determine its severity.
  3. We’ll investigate the issue and assess its impact on our products. We won’t disclose any information until we’ve fully addressed and patched the issue, but we’ll collaborate with you to understand its severity and implications.
  4. Once resolved, we’ll publish a security update and give credit for the discovery.
